From first conversation to launch: how a project runs at Hoofs
No black box: this is how a website project runs with us, from the first conversation to after launch.
Commissioning a website often feels like a black box: you hand over wishes and hope something good comes out. That is not how we work. This is exactly how a project runs with us, so you know what to expect.
1. Conversation and scope
We start by understanding what the site has to do and for whom. From that follows a clear scope with a fixed price per phase, so you know where you stand up front, without surprises afterwards.
2. Structure and design
Content and structure first, form after. We design in your brand, and because the same people build it, nothing is lost in the handover.
3. Build
We build what was designed, with speed and accessibility built in from the start. You can follow along, so it is no surprise at delivery.
4. Launch, small and sharp
A strong first version this month beats a year-long project. We deliberately launch small and make sure the move does not cost your visibility.
5. Then we stay
After launch it only starts: updates, improvements and new features, in the same week you ask. No handover to a support inbox, just the same people.
This is how we build corporate websites: transparent, from sketch to software.
