Why we stay after launch
Most agency relationships end the day the site goes live. That is exactly when the useful work starts.

Most agency relationships end the day the site goes live. Handover call, zip file of assets, invoice, goodbye. Six months later the site is already drifting: a menu that no longer matches reality, a broken form nobody noticed, a homepage hero for an event that happened in spring.
Launch is the starting line
The first six weeks after launch teach you more than the six months of building before it. Real people click things in the wrong order. The page you argued about for a week gets no traffic at all, and the footnote page carries half the conversions.
We keep every site we build. Not on a retainer with a minimum, just an agreement: when you need something, the people who built it are still here, and they can ship it this week.
What staying looks like
For Atelier Noord it meant gift cards in November and a waiting list in January. For Tafel Twaalf it meant a text message that cut no-shows to zero. None of that was in the original brief, because none of it could have been known before launch.
