Maison Rouge
A restaurant with one colour and one rule: everything in the room earns its place. The identity had to do the same. We built the brand around the red of the dining room itself, then let photography and typography do the rest.

The brief
Maison Rouge came to us three months before opening with a name, a room, and a chef. No logo, no site, no photography. We started in the room: its velvet, its low light, its single long table. The brand is that room, flattened onto paper and screen.

“They gave us an identity you can feel in the dark.”
The site
The website is one page, one booking flow, no menu PDFs. It loads in under a second on the phone of someone standing outside the door, which is where most reservations happen.
