Tafel Twaalf
One table, twelve seats, one seating a night. Tafel Twaalf is the smallest restaurant we have ever worked for and the most demanding piece of software: when you sell exactly twelve chairs, every empty one is an eight percent hole in the evening.
The system
We wrote the reservation engine from scratch: a waiting list that fills cancellations automatically, deposits that release on arrival, and a Sunday-evening text message that has cut no-shows to zero.
